Returns & Refund Policy
You may return items in new condition, in their original packaging, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless there's an error with your order. In the case of an error (you received an incorrect item, etc.), we'll pay the return shipping.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (1 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 or 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 3 business days).

Shipping
We currently ship to addresses in the U.S. only and your provided address must be deliverable by the USPS.
All packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground or Fedex Ground and typically arrive in 1 - 4 business days. In high volume shipping months such as December, your package may take longer once it's in the carrier's hands.
Shipping costs are based on the weight of the product and shipping zone you live in. East Coast addresses ship free for orders of $100 or more.
